Help table outside in the courtyard in f ront of Lynnwood Hall. This is the beginning of the semester/quarter and t his is the busiest time of the day. We will be stressing voter registratio n, checking that people are registered at their current addresses, making students and staff aware of the on-site ballot drop box, encouraging peopl e to make a plan and prepare to vote.
This is an outdoor event, dress accordingly. We are spe arheading this event but are working with American Association of Universi ty Women and Delta Sigma Theta sorority. Wear LWV paraphenalia if you have it - T-shirts, pins, etc. We are allowed to park, but I have not been abl e to confirm how that will be taken care of. Call me when you arrive.
