Over the next few weeks, Snohomish Conservation District is kicking off a series of community engagement events for their Urban & Community Forest program. SCD’s Community Conservation Department Manager Penny Crispin says, “These events will educate, inspire, and engage those interested in increasing tree canopy in their neighborhoods. Our goal is to support communities in increasing their tree canopy by funding trees and facilitating tree planting events over the next 4.5 years. We invite anyone to participate in these events who lives in any of the designated communities, or who is interested in supporting these communities' efforts to plant trees over the next five years.”

personal invitation. SCD will appreciate your registration online if you plan to attend.
