Tabling at United in Faith Event Attracts 600

Edmonds Political Action Group (EPAG) invited six different progressive churches and two bishops to Edmonds United Methodist Church for the first United in Faith meeting, with about 600 folks from around the Sound participating.
We had an adjacent room full of secular community partners, including LWVSC and ACLU. Before and after the event, participants were invited to visit the partners and find out how they can connect to efforts to stand together against oppression. Many individuals stopped by our table and thanked the League for being an advocate for fair elections over these many decades. The favorite take away was a copy of our US Constitution.
