Constitution Day Community Readings
LWVSC hosted seven community readings of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights the week of September 17th across the county from Everett to Monroe to Marysville and Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, and Lynnwood. Community members read the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights read aloud in celebration of the U.S. Constitution’s anniversary.

Thanks to all who volunteered to help make these events a success!

Join a Redistricting Action Event: Take Back the Maps 2027 — Action Session

Participate in the upcoming virtual event on Oct. 6, 2026. Join the Redistricting Reform Task Force for an action briefing on the new Take Back the Maps bill proposal for 2027. Join Us in Yakima for Walk the Line, Rock the Vote

Join the LWV, APIC, and NAACP of Yakima on Oct. 10 at 9 am for an in-person 2.2 mile walk along the 14th and 15th Legislative district lines in the heart of Yakima. We are raising awareness for the  importance of voting and the effect district lines have on our ability to elect candidates of our choice.
