Arrival: There is parking on the street that is marked High School Parking Only. You can get a pass for a parking spot at check in. When you arrive, there is a buzzer to the right of the main entrance door to let you in. Your name will be on a volunteer list at the office.

Please wear League T-shirts if you have them and a League pin if you don’t. The Let’s Connect meeting starts at 6:00 PM. We will setup at 5:30. It is not necessary to stay for the meeting so that we are still present when the meeting is over. Once the attendees have gone inside, we can tear down. We will probably be done by 6:15. However I will remain for this event to determine just how many folks are interested in getting information after the meeting. Remember this is our first time doing this type of meeting. It will be a learning experience for us all. Since we will have broken down the table information and banner, etc. I will be able to answer questions easily and depart. Thank you for volunteering.

The registration tabling will be in the Lunch Room/Cafeteria during two lunch sessions. Your names will be given in advance to the front office. You will need to check in upon arrival.

Check In at the Main Office and they will direct you to the Cafeteria/Lunch Area. Parking is available on campus for visitors. Wear a smile and lets have some fun.
