Description:
Help table outside in the courtyard in front of Lynnwood Hall. This is the beginning of the semester/quarter and this is the busiest time of the day. We will be stressing voter registration, checking that people are registered at their current addresses, making students and staff aware of the on-site ballot drop box, encouraging people to make a plan and prepare to vote.
This is an outdoor event, dress accordingly. We are spearheading this event but are working with American Association of University Women and Delta Sigma Theta sorority. Wear LWV paraphenalia if you have it - T-shirts, pins, etc. We are allowed to park, but I have not been able to confirm how that will be taken care of. Call me when you arrive.
